Magnolia Village Rules

Please read these rules and conditions to ensure we all have an enjoyable and peaceful stay

BEHAVIOUR

1. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at anytime
2. Drunkenness, offensive behaviour, fighting, and rowdy parties will not be tolerated under any circumstances and management retains the right to evict offenders immediately
3. Alcohol is only to be consumed within site boundaries (no walking around drinking)
4. To be mindful of others all noise is to be kept to a minimum from 10pm onwards

VEHICLES

1. Vehicles must be parked according to managements direction
2. Drive at walking pace or 8kmh - including bikes, scooters etc
3. No mechanical repairs are to be carried out in the village without prior approval
4. Visitors Vehicles are NOT permitted to park inside the village 

PETS

1. Pets may be allowed on application - 5KG limit
2. Indoor animal enclosures must be kept clean and tidy to minimise rodent attraction
3. Visitors pets are NOT allowed in the village - no exception
4. All pets must be registered with management
5. Pet owners are responsible for correctly disposing of pets waste 

AMENITIES

1. Amenities Block Toilets are to be left in the same condition as you entered them - Toilet scrubs are provided to all stalls, be respectful and clean your mess 
2. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
3. Washing must be hung on the lines provided only
4. Washing of clothes in the basin or showers strictly prohibited
5. Dying of clothes in the wash basins or showers is strictly prohibited
6. Please leave washing machine's and basins clean and tidy after use
7. Do not begin washing machines before 7am or after 8pm

VISITORS

1. No visitors are allowed at your site if you are not present
2. Residents are responsible for the behaviour of their guests
3. Visitor vehicles are NOT permitted in the Village and must be park outside the Village - Any Vehicle without pre-approval of management will have their vehicle towed
4. Parents are responsible for their children, children must be supervised
5. Arrival of visitors after 10PM and before 6AM is unacceptable
6. For security & fire safety reasons please introduce your visitors or have them sign in

SMOKING

1. No smoking in the amenities block

2. No smoking within the common areas, the office & games room - 4m distance 

3. No smoking inside park owned accomodation - STRICTLY ENFORCED

4. Cigarette buts are to be disposed correctly

MANAGEMENT HOUSE AND YARD

1. The house and yard at 68 Taylor St is STRICTLY a NO GO ZONE.
2. If you need assistance please use either of the 2 ring doorbells located outside the front gate & on the office - alternatively call the office on 41281700
3. Incase of an emergencies dial 000  

SITES

1. No structures are to be erected without prior approval
2. Sites are to be kept clean and tidy
3. Usage of other sites will attract an additional site fees
4. Tenants right to occupy an allotted site is for the period shown on the receipt
5. No open fires permitted 

GARBAGE

1. Rubbish should be wrapped securely then placed in the wheelie bins provided
2. Large rubbish, building materials & furniture removal is your responsibility and is not to be placed in the general waste bin provided - failure to do so will result in a $50 waste management fee
3. Rubbish under vans and around sites will be removed for fire safety

FEES

1. All fees payable in advance by the due date, 0 refunds will be given for early departure
2. All rental monies are to be paid on time, failure to do so will incur late payment fees and or eviction.
3. A fee is charged for any visitors staying over night (visitors must be registered for fire safety) -  Inquire at office as fees vary

OFFICE

1. Please see the newsletter, the website for opening times as they are updated often
2. If you require any maintenance see office staff to complete a maintenance request form. 

Management reserves the right to evict people not considered to & observing the Vilage rules or those making a nuisance within the Village

• Management accepts no responsibility for damage, loss or injury within the Village boundaries.
• Management retains the right to charge persons for any damage caused to Village property.

Management will be at liberty to refuse the entry of any person to the Village and to terminate at any time the occupancy of any person already admitted to the Village after giving one (1) hours notice without refund of fees

To obtain and maintain a comfortable environment for all of us, please observe the above rules and condition during your stay in our Village.

We appreciate your co operation and support in helping us to maintain and improve conditions in our Village, This makes everyone's stay more peaceful and enjoyable.
